USING THE SIMPLEX MAT CUTTER
1. Place the cutter on a flat, fully supported, solid surface. Affix the squaring arm, if the cutter is equipped with one.
2. Insert the matboard at the lower right. Make sure the outside dimension for mat is even with the guide.
3. Slip the straight cutter onto the guide rail at the top of the board and pull all the way from the top of the board to the bottom.
