USING THE COMPACT MAT CUTTER

.Remove the slip sheet.

.Lay the matboard face down. Use a ruler and pencil to measure and mark the size required on the back of the matboard.  Note: Only the 32" side of a full sheet of mat board can be inserted into a Compact Mat Cutter." (models 301-1 and 350-1)

.Remove the mat guide.

.Insert the matboard into the cutter face down, lining up one of the pencil lines with the bar.

.Using the 90-degree straight cutter, slice the board to the desired size (90 degree straight cutter included with model 350-1 Compact Elite only).

.Turn the board and repeat the procedure.
